About the role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our precast concrete operation.
Key responsibilities
Set up and prepare precast concrete moulds from plans and drawings.
Install reinforcing steel cages and cast-in components.
Pour, finish, and monitor concrete to required standards.
Remove finished products from moulds once cured.
Inspect, clean, and prepare products for lifting and storage.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
Assist with other duties as required by the Production Manager.
About you
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to follow plans and instructions.
Good attention to detail.
Reliability and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Clean criminal history.
Health & Safety
Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Wear and use the correct PPE at all times.
Work safely and help maintain a safe workplace for yourself and your team.
