Warehouse Assistants & Logistics Workers

• Class 1, 2, 4 & 5 Truck Drivers
• Devanners, Loaders & General Warehouse Workers
• These roles are suited to candidates who are reliable, physically fit and comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse, distribution and transport environments.

Warehouse Assistants, Pick Packers & Voice Pickers

• Pick, pack, sort and prepare customer orders for dispatch
• Pick products using voice-picking systems and pallet jacks where required
• Accurately select, check and stack products onto pallets
• Load and unload stock, pallets and freight safely
• Palletise, wrap and prepare orders for transport
• Receive, check and put away incoming stock
• Work towards daily picking, accuracy and productivity targets
• Complete manual handling, lifting and general warehouse duties
• Maintain accurate stock quantities and order accuracy
• Keep work areas clean, organised and compliant with health and safety procedures

Forklift Operators – Reach & Counterbalance

• Safely operate reach and/or counterbalance forklifts
• Load, unload and move stock throughout warehouses and distribution centres
• Put away and retrieve pallets from racking systems
• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Assist with container devanning and freight handling
• Pick, stack and palletise goods as required
• Complete daily forklift and equipment checks
• Report equipment faults or safety issues
• Maintain accurate stock and location control
• Follow all site safety and operating procedures

Truck Drivers – Class 1, 2, 4 & 5

• Safely operate commercial vehicles appropriate to your licence class
• Complete local and regional deliveries and collections
• Load and unload freight using safe manual handling practices
• Secure loads using straps, curtains and other restraints
• Complete pre-start and post-trip vehicle checks
• Follow road rules and company transport procedures
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately
• Communicate with dispatch regarding runs, delays or issues
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries and collections

Indicative Pay Rates

• Rates vary depending on the role, experience, licence, shift and client.
• Class 1 Drivers: From $25.00 per hour
• Class 2 Drivers: From $28.00 per hour
• Class 4 Drivers: From $32.00 per hour
• Class 5 Drivers: From $35.00 per hour
• Counterbalance Forklift: From $25.00 per hour
• Reach Forklift: $27.00 – $28.00 per hour
• Voice Pickers: $24.11 per hour
• Warehouse Assistants: Rates vary depending on the role and client

Successful candidates will generally have

Previous warehouse, logistics or transport experience preferred

Relevant NZ driver's licence or forklift certification where required

Good workplace safety awareness

Reliable and punctual work ethic

Good physical fitness and ability to complete manual handling

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and attention to detail

Flexibility to work different shifts where required

The right to work in New Zealand
