Principal Channel Sales Engineer
Job Description
Onboard and support BlackBerry MSSP partners. Manage Technical Relationships with BlackBerry Managed Security Service Providers. Lead Partner Technical Enablement and Knowledge Transfer events such as Tech Workshops, Bootcamps, Product Roadmaps, security advisories, etc. Use strong leadership skills to independently prioritize and execute project tasks in a methodical and disciplined manner. Set and manage expectations with senior stakeholders and team members being organized and focused on removing sales obstacles focused on the technical success of the sales campaign. Develop relationships with key partners for growth within their customer base
Provide partners support and guidance in providing professional responses to customer RFPs / RFIs. Represent the voice of the partners internally working with Product Management and Engineering. Suggest creative alternatives to address or overcome technical challenges.
