Privacy Manager
Job Description
Identify evolving privacy risks inherent in BlackBerry’s operations and in the development of new products and services, identify mitigation plans and track risk to resolution. Maintain accurate documentation on data flows, data maps, and service provider relationships. Support the management of BlackBerry’s privacy management system and implement changes to support business objectives, changes to new privacy laws, and best practices. Build positive relationships with stakeholders across the entire organization. Respond to prospect and customer questionnaires and maintain a repository of common privacy responses for BlackBerry Solutions to make processes repeatable to facilitate business. Lead the development and maintenance of privacy policies, procedures, and guidance to support the Privacy Office’s objectives
Help to document privacy operations, processes, and procedures, and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Lead in the identification and creation of privacy metrics to communicate impact to business stakeholders.
