Join our team as a

Production Lead - Evening Shift

### Responsibilities

Take the lead on day-to-day production activities during the evening shift, with the opportunity to build your leadership experience and progress your career within our fast-growing manufacturing operation.

Be a visible and confident presence on the production floor, guiding and influencing others to keep the shift running safely and effectively.

Support and coach Production Operators, helping the team stay focused on priorities and maintain high standards.

Carry out regular production walk-arounds, proactively identifying and responding to safety, quality, process or equipment issues.

Champion a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring safe working practices are followed and concerns are addressed appropriately.

Coordinate resources and production priorities to achieve Safety, Quality, GMP, Productivity and Waste targets.

Ensure GMP standards are maintained, including line clearance, production documentation and adherence to procedures.

Monitor production performance and KPIs, taking ownership of issues and escalating where required.

Work closely with Engineering, Quality and other teams to solve problems and drive Lean and continuous improvement activities.

Support NPI, product trials, validations, change controls, CAPA, investigations and audits, gaining broad exposure across the manufacturing operation.

### Qualifications

Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally with exposure to leading or coordinating production activities.

A confident and proactive approach, with the ability to take the lead, influence others and build credibility on the production floor.

Experience within medical device, pharmaceutical or another GMP/regulated manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

Good understanding of GMP requirements, including line clearance, production documentation and following procedures.

Previous supervisory experience would be beneficial but is not essential - we're equally interested in people who are ready to take the next step into leadership.

An Engineering, Science or other relevant technical qualification would be advantageous.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to make decisions and escalate issues when needed.

Experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S or continuous improvement would be beneficial.

Comfortable working an evening shift and taking responsibility for production activities during these hours.
