About the Role

Join Ozcare as a Project Administrator and play a key role in delivering major payroll and workforce systems projects across a workforce of 5,000 employees. Supporting the implementation of Dayforce and future transformation initiatives, you'll coordinate project activities, testing, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and project governance to ensure successful delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organised project professional who enjoys working across systems, people, and process improvement projects.

What you'll bring

Experience in project administration or project coordination, ideally within systems implementation, transformation or process improvement environments.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage project documentation, reporting, testing activities and multiple competing priorities.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
