Success Group is recruiting for an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager who knows how to get the job done safely, on time, and within budget. About the role
You'll oversee projects from planning through to completion, managing budgets, programmes, safety, quality, client relationships, and team performance. You'll keep projects moving, solve problems before they escalate, and drive strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple civil construction projects.
Manage project budgets, costs, programmes, and profitability.
Oversee health and safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Manage contracts, client relationships, progress claims, and variations.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant, materials, and resources.
Support and develop Forepersons and project teams.
Monitor project performance, maintain accurate records, and resolve issues proactively.
Contribute to tendering, forward planning, and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
Minimum 5 years' project management experience.
A relevant qualification in Engineering or Construction Management.
Strong civil construction knowledge and experience managing multiple projects.
Proven skills in budgeting, cost control, contract management, and project planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
