Aspire People is currently seeking a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to support a vibrant and welcoming primary school to start in September. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with proven experience, or aspiring teachers who wish to work in a primary school before pursuing their teacher training.

Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant - The Role

• \ Assist within the provision space of the school
• \ Support pupils with challenging behaviour and/or SEN needs
• \ Support across KS1-2, working alongside class teachers to deliver high-quality learning
• \ Deliver targeted intervention sessions outside of the classroom, helping to raise attainment
• \ Full-time position, with the potential to become a permanent post for the right candidate
• \ A trial day will be offered for shortlisted applicants
• \ September start

Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant - You will need

\ A degree in psychology or education related subject

\ Recent, relevant experience working with young people is beneficial

\ Confidence delivering intervention work to small groups

\* A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for education
