Receptionist & Customer Service Opportunities | Temp & Contract

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest from friendly, reliable and professional candidates who are interested in Reception, Front Desk and Customer Service opportunities across Auckland. With university holidays approaching, this is a great opportunity for students, recent graduates, or experienced professionals looking to pick up temporary, short term or contract work and build further office experience. We are building our candidate pool for upcoming assignments and are looking for people who are confident dealing with customers, answering phones, supporting busy offices and creating a positive first impression.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Reception, Customer Service, Administration or other customer facing experience
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Confident answering phones and dealing with customers professionally
• Friendly, approachable and well presented
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email and general computer systems
• Reliable, punctual and able to adapt quickly to new workplaces
• Available for temporary, short term or contract assignments
• Auckland based and able to travel reliably to work
• Expression of Interest
