Receptionist – Urgent Care Hastings Health Centre

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Urgent Care team.

Our service operates 365 days a year, 8am–8pm, and this role works on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

About the role:

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, calm, and professional experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You’ll be responsible for patient reception, administrative tasks, and supporting the wider clinical team.

What we’re looking for:

A genuine passion for customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm, organised, and compassionate under pressure

Strong computer and administrative skills

Flexibility to work rostered shifts across our opening hours

Previous reception or healthcare experience is an advantage, but not essential
