Recruiting Coordination Intern
Job Description
You will serve as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and the important task of building candidate relationships. High-volume fulfillment of phone, video, and onsite interview scheduling between job candidates and hiring managers/teams. Prepare and send mutual non-disclosure agreements (MNDA) to candidates utilizing the proper operating procedures and maintaining confidentiality. Conduct professional reference checks for final candidates via over the phone or email. Greet candidates when they arrive for onsite interviews on occasion and escort them to conference rooms. Manage and move candidates through different stages of the hiring process in the Workday applicant tracking system. Uphold a positive candidate experience.
