Geneva Staffing are looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join our agency team and support aged care facilities across Auckland.
Whether you want to work a couple of shifts a week or pick up more regularly, you choose where and when you work.
About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
As a Geneva Registered Nurse, you’ll step into a variety of aged care environments and provide safe, compassionate and high-quality care to residents.
You’ll be supported by a responsive team while having the flexibility to choose the shifts that work around your lifestyle.
What you’ll be doing | Ngā Mahi
- Providing high-quality clinical care to residents
- Assessing residents’ health needs and responding to changes in condition
- Administering medications and completing clinical documentation as required
- Supporting residents with their everyday care needs, including mobility, meals and personal care
- Working alongside caregivers and other healthcare professionals
- Providing clinical leadership and support within the facility
- Building positive relationships with residents, families and staff
- What we’re looking for | Ko Wai Mātou e Rapu Ana
- NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC
- Minimum 6 months’ recent NZ nursing experience
- Aged care or rest home experience preferred
- Overseas Registered Nurses with a valid NZ APC are welcome to apply
- CAP nurses with a valid APC may be considered for AM and PM shifts
- Experience with MediMap and/or 1Chart is advantageous
- Reliable, adaptable and confident working across different clinical environments
- Available to pick up at least one shift per week, or more if you choose
