About the Role

Grampians Health Ballarat is seeking dynamic, energetic Registered Nurses to work in 3 South. 3 south is a 23 bed surgical Unit. If you have exceptional clinical skills, a commitment to quality and are a driven leader, this is the position for you. Working within a multidisciplinary team you will be expected to facilitate and foster best practice and service delivery to our clients and their families within 3 South.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality surgical care.

Assess, plan and coordinate patient care.

Monitor and respond to clinical deterioration.

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and families.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Promote best practice, quality improvement and professional growth
