Registered Nurses

Glocareglobal is recruiting Registered Nurses for permanent positions within a well-established nursing home in Dublin, Ireland.

We are looking for compassionate and professional nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older adults.

Key Requirements

• Registered Nurse qualification
• Current NMBI registration or eligibility to register
• Previous nursing experience, ideally in elderly care, nursing home, gerontology, or similar settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Good clinical judgement and documentation skills
• Commitment to dignity, respect, safeguarding, and person-centred care
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends where required
• Applicants must be legally entitled to work within Ireland and the EU.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records
• Develop and review individual care plans
• Monitor residents’ health and respond appropriately to changes
• Work closely with healthcare assistants, management, GPs, and other healthcare professionals

Support residents and families with professionalism and compassion

Ensure compliance with nursing home policies, HIQA standards, infection prevention, and safeguarding procedures
