Renewal Specialist

Blackberry is seeking a driven Renewal Specialist to focus on current customers in an effort to renew contracts, and upsell our products and services. This person will support the pursuit and closure of sales, emphasizing the overall value of Blackberry. Make outbound calls to an existing customer base to sell subscription based renewals. Upsell our products and services to existing customers. Network with existing customers to gain lead referrals

Act as a resource by providing exceptional customer service through answering questions and resolving subscription issues. Create proposals in SalesForce CRM and follow up with customers. Consistently utilize SalesForce CRM tools to track and manage activity, forecast business and process orders. Contribute to the team’s quota.
