Sales Operations Manager (Sales Forecasting Manager)
Job Description
Own sales forecasting processes for the Americas sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency. Manage deal cycle together with sales reps to improve deal closure velocity and becomes a subject matter expert in pricing, licensing & approval processes. Understand contract requirements, structure, business terms, pricing and identification of potential risks and opportunities that can affect deal closure. Be a trusted advisor to provide business insights via creating or distributing actionable sales business intelligence reports.
Support sales management in identifying opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement. Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments.
