Our 4.5 star hotel is looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our friendly and professional team.

Your day-to-day

What do we do? We operate a Breakfast Buffet, hold Conferences/Meetings that require catering, provide Room Service and have a popular Dinner Ala carte menu! Join us and grow your experience and exposure into these areas.

Your day-to-day

In conjunction with the Head Chef assist in the creation and implementation of the menus across all outlets.

Make each meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the taste. With your own signature flare, you’ll turn our high standards into memorable meals for every guest.

Assist with ordering supplies and oversee preparation of stock utilised in the daily operation in accordance with the department’s budget.

Train and relay information to new starters

What we need from you

Be a strong team player and fit into a tight-knit team

1-3 years' experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week on an array of days. Including public holidays & weekends

Demonstrate good knowledge of an array of cooking techniques

Adhere to Crowne Plaza Brand Standards

Be cleaner than clean – meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws

Help create a safe space by following our safety procedures and wearing necessary protective equipment
