The Wyatt Hotel is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef who takes pride in producing high-quality food, works well as part of a team and is ready to take greater responsibility within the kitchen.

Key responsibilities:

Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard

Taking responsibility for an assigned section of the kitchen

Supporting the Head Chef and senior kitchen team during service

Assisting with the training and supervision of junior chefs

Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards

Monitoring stock, reducing waste and supporting effective portion control

Ensuring the kitchen is clean, organised and ready for service

Contributing positively to a professional and respectful working environment

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie

Be confident working in a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen

Have strong food preparation, presentation and organisational skills

Be reliable, flexible and able to remain calm during busy services

Have a good understanding of HACCP and food safety requirements

Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
