Senior Payroll Officer | 4-Month Temporary Contract | Potential to Go Long Term

The Opportunity

We're partnering with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join the team on an initial 4-month contract, with the opportunity to transition into a longer term role. This position will suit a hands-on payroll professional who can quickly integrate into the team and confidently support with NZ & AUS Payroll.

Key Responsibilities include

• End-to-end payroll for New Zealand plus dealing with some AUS Payroll
• Maintaining employee payroll records and processing payroll changes
• Managing payroll queries and resolving discrepancies
• Processing starters, leavers, leave, and payroll adjustments
• Supporting payroll compliance and reporting requirements
• Collaborating with HR and Finance stakeholders
• About You
• Proven end-to-end payroll experience across both Australia and New Zealand is essential
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong payroll systems and Excel skills
