Senior Recruitment Partner - Infrastructure & Business Development Invercargill

About the Role   This is a relationship-led business development and delivery role. You'll work closely with infrastructure clients to understand workforce needs, identify opportunities and deliver recruitment solutions that add real value.   You'll be responsible for:

Developing and growing client relationships across Southland, Otago and Central Otago

Identifying and securing new business opportunities

Building a profitable portfolio within the infrastructure and industrial sectors

Delivering end-to-end recruitment and talent solutions

Providing market insights and workforce planning advice to clients

Representing Enterprise within the local business community and industry networks

About You   You may come from recruitment, business development, account management, sales or another relationship-focused skills background aligned to civil or trade industries where you've built trusted client partnerships and generated business growth.   To be successful, you'll bring:

A proven ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships

Strong sales, business development or recruitment experience

A self-motivated and results-driven approach

Confidence engaging with decision-makers and business leaders

Excellent communication and influencing skills

Strong organisation and attention to detail

The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment

A genuine interest in people, business and the Southland & Otago market
