Conduct thorough performance analysis of Windows-based products and systems.

Develop and execute performance test plans and strategies.

Identify and troubleshoot performance issues and provide recommendations for improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance optimizations.

Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends to continuously improve performance engineering processes.

Develop and maintain performance testing tools and frameworks.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior performance engineers.
