What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for leading and supporting our team during your shift.

Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Set the tone for exceptional customer service and a positive workplace for employees.

Lead the Team: Provide daily prioritization and guidance for employee tasks, ensuring everyone stays on track and productive.

Train and Develop: Oversee training and growth opportunities for employees, offering support and communicating performance feedback to management.

Keep Things Stocked: Maintain inventory levels by ensuring merchandise is rotated, replenished, and ready for customers.

Stay Organized: Manage store cleanliness, safety, and organization to keep the store running smoothly and looking great.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/food environment preferred.
