Zambrero is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Traralgon!

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during your shift

Ensure that all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed

Provide training and support to team members

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner

Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food industry

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
