Zambrero is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at **Traralgon**!

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during your shift
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed
• Provide training and support to team members
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

**Requirements**

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
