The Role
With exciting projects on the horizon, we’re expanding our Christchurch team and looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site/Project Engineer. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in planning, coordinating, and delivering civil infrastructure projects—ensuring they’re completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of earthmoving and civil construction projects
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates
What We’re Looking For
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field
2+ years’ experience in civil construction or earthworks
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team
