The Site Services Attendant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of mine site facilities by maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented work environments. The role includes cleaning site facilities and offices, laundry services, airport transfers, site office set-ups, signage maintenance, stock control, and ad hoc administrative support. The position plays a key role in ensuring site infrastructure, amenities, and support services are maintained to a high standard while delivering excellent service to employees, contractors, and visitors.

As our Site Services Attendant, you will be responsible for:

Site Services Duties

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of site offices, amenities, workshops, crib rooms, and common areas.

Perform laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distribution of site linen and uniforms.

Conduct airport pick-up and drop-off services for employees, contractors, and visitors.

Complete site office, meeting room, and facility set-ups as required.

Install, maintain, and update site signage and notice boards.

Conduct stocktakes and manages inventory of cleaning supplies, consumables, PPE, and site equipment.

Provide ad hoc administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining site registers.

Assist with facility inspections and report maintenance requirements.

Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC) requirements.

Support the efficient day-to-day operation of mine site facilities and services.

Support & Continuous Improvement

Monitor cleaning supplies, laundry stock, consumables, PPE, and facility items to ensure site services are maintained without interruption.

Raise maintenance requests, report facility defects, and coordinate replacement supplies in line with site procedures.

Teamwork & Communication

Communicate effectively with site employees, contractors, visitors, maintenance teams, and supervisors to support safe and efficient facilities operations.

Participate in toolbox meetings, safety discussions, and incident follow-ups when requested.

Contribute to a positive, supportive work environment that promotes safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.

About you:

• Physical suitability to complete cleaning, laundry, stock handling, signage, and general site services duties across     a mine site environment.

• A genuine commitment to working safely and looking out for your teammates.

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures, with sound attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a crew.
