- About the role
- We are looking for experienced Chef de Partie & Commis Chefs to run designated kitchen sections and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
- Requirements:
- Current NZ work Visa
- Previous Chef de Partie experience
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Team-focused and reliable
- Key Duties:
- Manage and operate your assigned section
- Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
- Supervise junior kitchen staff
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Assist with stock control and minimise waste
