Your next career opportunity

In this role, you will coordinate key elements of the Doctor of Medicine program and student lifecycle. You will support exams, placements and enrolments while driving service improvements that enhance the MD student experience.

What you will deliver:

Coordinate administration for allocated MD subjects, including enrolments, timetabling, assessments, results and policy compliance.

Manage clinical placement compliance and communications to ensure students are eligible to commence and remain on placement.

Support tutor recruitment, MD selection activities, student leave requests and accurate results processing for designated cohorts.

Contribute to planning, reporting and committee support, including Board of Examiners meetings and enrolment analysis.

Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes, gathering stakeholder feedback and enhancing client-focused administrative systems.

Hold a relevant degree and bring experience in student administration or comparable complex service environments.

Demonstrate strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills across multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.

Deliver high-quality client service while building effective relationships with students, academics and professional colleagues.

Apply meticulous attention to detail when managing assessment data, compliance records and student lifecycle processes.

Use advanced skills in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email to support program delivery.

Adapt positively to changing priorities, peak activity periods and occasional out-of-hours teaching or examination events.
