About the Role

This is a fixed-term position from February to June, supporting our packhouse operations during the main packing season, with the possibility of longer-term employment depending on business needs.

Working alongside our Line Managers and other Supervisors, you’ll help coordinate daily packhouse activities, support employees and ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

You’ll help organise staff, keep production running smoothly, support new employees and make sure health and safety procedures are followed.

About You

To excel in this position, you should demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

Experience leading or supervising a team.

Experience in a packhouse, factory or similar environment would be beneficial.

Good communication and people skills.

Ability to organise staff and support daily production.

A practical approach to solving problems.

Strong commitment to quality and health and safety.

A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to get involved.

Ability to work well with people from different backgrounds.

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people, can lead by example and is comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment. You’ll also be willing to work closely with Line Managers and other Supervisors to help deliver a successful season for our growers and customers.
