  • Own end-to-end delivery for key offerings (business case, requirements, testing, go-to-market, commercialization, and ongoing lifecycle management).
  • Define, track, and report product performance metrics (KPIs) and adoption to inform prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to uncover trends, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve the roadmap.

  • Identify and manage product, operational, and technology risks in partnership with second and third lines of defense.
  • Build strong relationships across business, product, and technology teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver outcomes.
  • Experience in pricing, commercial governance, or product management within transaction banking, cash/treasury management, or payments.
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy and analysis into product requirements and deliverable features.
  • Working knowledge of transaction banking concepts such as pricing and billing, transaction monitoring, payment rails, and digital/API channels.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior leaders and influencing decision-making.
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically, prioritizing in ambiguity while driving detailed, iterative execution toward a long-term vision.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to navigate complexity and influence across teams.
  • Experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to meet regulatory requirements for pricing, client communications, and product controls.
  • Strong risk mindset and understanding of building products in a regulated environment.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment and supporting growth across teams and product scope.
  • Mission-driven and motivated by building modern, digital-first transaction banking products.
