About the Role

A Ryman Unit Coordinator's work is varied, meaningful and challenging. Based at our beautiful village, Richard Hadlee Retirement Village in Christchurch .

We are looking for either an Enrolled Nurse or a Senior Caregiver. For this role you will use innovative technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to:

Effectively manage the serviced apartments and ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents

Coordinate and oversee the performance of all members of the serviced apartment team

Ensure accurate and timely documentation is completed

Support the clinical manager

We have aFull Timerole available working Tuesday to Saturday, 0800 - 1630.

About You

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

A current Enrolled NursePracticing Certificate

Senior Caregiver, Level 4 H&W cert

Ability to lead, share knowledge and motivate your team

Drive and passion to deliver first class care to our residents

Concise documentation skills
