• We are urgently recruiting a compassionate, reliable and experienced Female Live-in Care Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to an individual in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with personal care and daily routines.
• Supporting with medication in accordance with the care plan and training.
• Promoting dignity, privacy, independence and wellbeing.
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns appropriately.

Requirements

• Previous care experience, preferably in a live-in care setting.
• A caring, compassionate and professional approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, patience and the ability to work independently.
• Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to start immediately or at short notice is highly desirable.
• Flexible Working Arrangements
• Our preferred working pattern is two weeks living in, followed by one week off.
• However, we understand the importance of work-life balance and are happy to consider a one-week-on, one-week-off arrangement for suitable candidates.
• Upto two-hour daily break is included in the working arrangement.
