• Implement
• visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards
• Set
• up and refresh window displays, in-store fixtures and promotional zones
• Execute
• seasonal launches, sale changeovers and product resets
• Maintain
• high presentation standards throughout trading periods
• Replenish
• stock and ensure accurate product placement and signage
• Identify
• and report stock or visual issues to relevant stakeholders
• Work
• efficiently within tight deadlines and varying store environments
• Your Profile
• Previous
• experience in visual merchandising, retail presentation or brand
• activation
• Strong
• understanding of department store environments
• Professional
• presentation and confident communication skills
• Ability
• to work independently while following brand guidelines
• Flexible
• and reliable approach to casual campaign work
• Availability
• for weekends, early mornings or late-night retail setups when required
• Ability
• to travel across Mackay locations as required
