Role of a F&B Service Expert:

Deliver exceptional guest service by creating memorable dining experiences and engaging warmly with guests.

Take food & beverage orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure timely, accurate delivery.

Maintain strong knowledge of menus, daily specials, and promotions, with the ability to upsell confidently.

Set up and maintain cleanliness of dining areas, banquet spaces, and service stations to brand standards.

Support events and banquets including room setup, service execution, and pack-down activities.

Handle POS transactions, cash management, and billing processes in line with company procedures.

Collaborate with kitchen and team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and compliance standards while maintaining a professional appearance and conduct.

This role will be on a part-time contract.

Ideal candidate:

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury hotel environment

Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations, multi-tasking and coffee art

Professional presentation and strong communication

Ability to work well in a team and be organised, punctual and reliable

A friendly, energetic and hard-working attitude

This is a hands-on role and you must be available to work weekdays and weekends as this is a 7-day rotating roster (full availability required)
