About the role

We are urgently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for our Hilltop site. You will lead warehouse operatives, coordinate daily activities and work alongside the team on the warehouse floor. This role is suited to someone with practical warehouse experience, proven people management skills and confidence using computers and warehouse systems.

Rexville Solutions Limited provides logistics and fulfilment services for e-commerce businesses. We are recruiting with the aim of developing successful Team Leaders towards Warehouse Supervisor responsibilities.

Essential experience and skills

Warehouse floor experience: Practical experience in goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch and stock control, with a clear understanding of safe and accurate warehouse processes.

People management experience: Previous responsibility for leading warehouse staff, allocating work, monitoring productivity and attendance, and coaching team members.

Computer and systems skills: Hands-on experience using a warehouse management system (WMS) or order fulfilment system to process orders and update stock records. Confident using Microsoft Excel, email and accurate data entry for daily reporting.

You should also communicate clearly, solve day-to-day operational problems, maintain accurate records and organise work effectively under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate daily workloads, lead shift briefings and keep the team focused on safety, quality and operational targets.
• Coordinate goods-in, picking, packing, labelling, dispatch and stock movements; support operational tasks when required.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback and train new and existing team members; escalate staffing or performance concerns appropriately.
• Use warehouse systems to track orders, record stock movements and investigate inventory discrepancies or order errors.
• Maintain Excel trackers, operational records and clear shift handovers; report progress and issues to management.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised workplace and ensure the team follows health and safety procedures.

Development towards Supervisor

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in team coordination, shift planning, performance reporting and operational problem-solving, with progression towards a Warehouse Supervisor role based on demonstrated capability and business needs.

Desirable experience

E-commerce fulfilment, staff training and stock investigations. Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are an advantage.
