About Us: Westbury Pharmacy is a family-centered community pharmacy dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to our local community. We offer a range of services including compliance medication packaging, vaccinations, and personalized health advice. Our team is committed to ensuring the well-being of our customers through professional and compassionate care. We have two locations in Waikanae one community pharmacy and 1 closed door facility. This role may move between both locations.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications.
Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
Checking , lots and lots of checking.
Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking medications.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Prepare and label medications, ensuring correct dosages.
Assist with administrative tasks such as processing insurance claims.
Support the pharmacy team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Qualified Pharmacy PACT technician certification.
Previous experience as a pharmacy technician/ PACT.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with pharmacy software and technology.
Experience with Pharmacy robotics advantageous.
