Zambrero is a quick service Mexican restaurant that was founded in Canberra, in 2005, by philanthropist and entrepreneur Dr Sam Prince. We have quickly become Australia's largest Mexican franchise, with over 300 restaurants across the country.

Sourcing the best ingredients, which are prepared and served in a vibrant, fast-paced and dynamic environment; our food not only feeds our customers. Zambrero Providence is locally owned and operated by a dedicated Franchise Partner, with over 10 years alongside the brand, and 12 years prior in the QSR scene. Evelyn is looking forward to serving the South Ripley and Greater Ipswich Communities, and bringing Zambrero favourites into their homes.

As a **Zambrero Team Member**, you’ll have a hands on approach to the daily operational requirements of the service line and kitchen. You will be supporting the team through busy service periods, proactively improving our customers’ experience, food preparation and undertaking inventory and financial regulation as required.
We understand experience comes in many forms, what we’re looking for specifically is;
- Experience working in a team within a busy, quick service restaurant environment
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service and confidence in the kitchen
- Proven exemplary communication skills
- Passion for personal growth and development to thrive within a team setting

What we're expecting from you

- Attention to detail

- Excellent time management skills
- Confident knife handling and proven food prep experience
- Adherence to food handling, safety and sanitation standards
- Sound mathematic ability
- Ability to remember lots of different information
- Confident cash-handling
- Excellent personal hygiene
- Familiarity with our Plate4Plate Initiative and Humanitarian Mission
- Fluent, clear English essential
- Senior First Aid an advantage, but not essential
