Job Description

To support scheduling operations, the full-time Access and Systems Consultant will create and maintain clinician schedules, ensure compliance with scheduling policies, and provide technical support, all in a remote work environment.
##### Key responsibilities:
Create and coordinate schedules for department services and clinicians to meet access needs
Manage system configuration and maintain scheduling rules while ensuring data integrity
Provide high-level technical support to end users and address scheduling inquiries from management and clinicians
##### Required qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years of experience building or maintaining schedules using a software application, or three (3) years in direct technical support
Associate's degree in computers, engineering, social science, education, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Proven analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving abilities
Experience in coordinating systems or projects
Ability to communicate complex information effectively across various organizational levels
