Activities Assistant

We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate **Activity Assistant**

**Schedule:** Part Time

**Salary:** $16.50-$18.00 per hour - based on experience

**Activity Assistant Responsibilities include:**

• Works with Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community
• Assist with orienting all residents to activity programs
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions; must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty
• Has the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks, and follow through with creative ideas
• Have a keen ability to foster teamwork with co-workers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles, helping others beyond the job responsibilities and having a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors

**Activity Assistant Education & Experience:**

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum 3 years required experience in Senior Assisted Living
