Full Time Cook

Peregrine Senior Living at Delmar Place is looking for a professional **Cook**. We offer a clean and well-equipped kitchen with all of the tools you need to be successful. This a kitchen that fosters teamwork, shared experience and an opportunity to learn and grow as a professional.

**Schedule:**Full Time: 11:00am - 7:00pm (weekends included)

**Salary:** $18.50 - $20.50 per hour, based on experience

**Cook Responsibilities include:**

• Provide a high level of culinary customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere
• Participate in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and approved menus
• Adhere to state, federal, and company laws, regulations, and guidelines
• Ensure food is prepared in a nutritional, appetizing fashion, and presented in an attractive manner
• Ensure that appropriate snacks are available to residents with special dietary needs

**Cook Education & Experience:**

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a cook in a hospitality or healthcare environment required.
