**Duties**

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers and tenants
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients to secure favorable deals
• Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels to promote listings effectively
• Stay informed about local market trends, property laws, and Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance
• Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and property details using administrative tools
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the transaction process, ensuring a smooth experience

Pay: Up to $750,000.00 per year
