Area Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Area Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service.

If you’re a natural communicator, a hands-on problem solver, and passionate about operational excellence—this is your chance to make a real impact. In this dynamic role, you'll:

Attend & complete inspections at your portfolio of sites (60-80 sites).

Manage relationships with all customers in allocated portfolio.

Assist Operations Managers with new site or portfolio implementations.

Ensure all Work Orders or complaints raised within your portfolio are actioned and completed within the KPI set.

Quote ad hoc work & ensure successful delivery of the work for clients.

Identify and feedback sales / quoting / recharge opportunities

Time sheet management and accurate payroll submissions each period

All sites visited and inspected once per Month and iAuditor inspections performed

and recorded at all sites.

Respond to all communications in a timely manner.

To be the first point of call for site leads to contact with any issues or queries, to avoid

* Review, action and respond to site attendance reports you receive from customer service, ensuring you respond within required timeframes.
