About the Role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join a small, dynamic sales team. This is a hunter role focused on new business acquisition and strategic growth within the commercial sector. You’ll take a consultative approach, building long‑term relationships and delivering tailored solutions. You’ll need to be adaptable, self‑sufficient, and comfortable managing your own admin while leveraging support from the wider business. An attractive uncapped commission structure rewards your success.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on enterprise commercial clients

Build and maintain strong relationships through a consultative sales approach

Navigate RfX processes to drive successful outcomes

Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored managed services and security solutions

Manage sales administration, including contracts, proposals, and reporting

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in IT Managed Services or SaaS sales, ideally with security knowledge

Track record of success in new business development and consultative solution selling

Experience selling into large enterprise commercial clients

Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to influence decision‑makers

Self‑starter with adaptability to thrive in a small, fast‑moving team environment
