About the Role

This Senior iOS Engineer role sits within a high-performing product squad focused on delivering and enhancing a core mobile application used in fast-paced operational environments.

Following a major backend uplift and performance improvements across the iOS application, the team is now entering a new phase of feature delivery and product evolution. You will play a key role in designing and building intuitive, high-performing mobile experiences while shaping the future direction of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain advanced iOS applications for iPad using Swift and Objective-C

Lead development from concept through to deployment, ensuring performance and usability

Integrate mobile applications with backend services, APIs and cloud platforms

Ensure application reliability, performance and responsiveness

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues and crashes

Provide mentorship, code reviews and technical guidance within the team

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Senior iOS Developer

Strong expertise in Swift and Objective-C, including modernisation efforts

Ability to influence technically and contribute to team direction

Experience integrating with APIs and cloud-based services

Solid understanding of software design principles and system architecture

Strong experience with AI development tools and workflows

Nice to Have

Experience in a scaled SaaS environment

Exposure to modern cloud platforms and distributed systems

Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team uplift
