• Join an established high-end residential builder delivering architecturally designed homes and major renovations valued between $3M–$12M across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
• This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to work on premium residential projects.
• You’ll work alongside an experienced construction team across projects from early structural stages right through to detailed finishes and handover.
• The Role
• Work across high-end, architecturally designed residential projects
• Carry out carpentry across the full construction lifecycle, from structural stages through to finishes
• Read and interpret architectural plans and detailed drawings
• Work closely with Site Managers and trades to maintain programme and quality
• Maintain exceptionally high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• About You
• Trade-qualified Carpenter with Cert III in Carpentry
• Full construction lifecycle experience is essential
• Previous experience on custom, luxury or architecturally designed homes
• Strong structural and finishing carpentry skills
• Confident reading plans and working independently
• Reliable, professional and looking for a long-term position
