• The OpportunityWe’re seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a leading civil contractor delivering major infrastructure and civil projects across Sydney.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a driven engineer to play a key role in project delivery, working closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities and subcontractors.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and construction documentation.
• Oversee quality assurance, inspections and ITPs.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and project requirements.
• Assist with procurement, progress claims and variations.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal project teams.

About You

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Previous experience as a Site Engineer on civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, QA and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced site environment.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on project delivery.
