About the role

We’re seeking an energetic and attentive Guest Services Agent to join our team on a casual, flexible basis. You will be one of the first faces our guests see, creating memorable first impressions and delivering exceptional service throughout their stay. This role requires a warm personality, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

What you will do

Welcome guests on arrival and provide a genuine, friendly and professional experience

Assist guests with luggage and escort them to guestrooms when required

Support guests with enquiries, directions and information about the hotel and local area

Coordinate transportation requests and assist with guest arrivals and departures

Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and professionally to requests

Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming arrival experience throughout the hotel

Collaborate with Reception, Concierge, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Adhere to all health, safety and security standard

What You'll Bring

Previous hospitality, customer service or guest-facing experience is preferred but not essential – we provide full training!

Positive, friendly and professional demeanour
