Job Description

Overseeing daily operational activities, the full-time Certified Coding Supervisor will manage employed and vendor coders to ensure compliance with policies and regulations while facilitating accurate coding and billing in a remote setting.
##### Key responsibilities:
Provide leadership and operational oversight for coding resources, ensuring effective workload coordination and performance monitoring
Monitor documentation integrity trends and facilitate provider education to enhance coding accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with operational stakeholders to address documentation concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives
##### Required qualifications:
Associate's degree or two (2) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, or CCS-P credential required
Minimum three (3) years of coding experience in a highly computerized hospital setting
* Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
