**Position Overview**

Chariot Collision Center is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Estimator / Blueprinter** to join our team. This role is responsible for creating accurate repair plans, writing complete estimates, and ensuring all repairs are properly documented before work begins. The ideal candidate understands collision repair processes, communicates well with technicians and insurance partners, and helps keep repairs moving efficiently through the shop.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Perform thorough vehicle inspections and damage analysis
• Create detailed repair blueprints and estimates
• Identify all necessary parts, labor, and repair procedures
• Work closely with technicians to ensure repair accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding estimates and supplements
• Order parts as needed and verify accuracy upon arrival
• Maintain proper documentation and repair records
• Provide clear communication and updates to customers when required
• Ensure all repairs follow OEM procedures and safety standards

**Qualifications**

• Previous experience as a collision estimator, blueprinter, or damage appraiser
• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and vehicle construction
• Experience with estimating software
• Ability to write complete and accurate repair plans
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license

**Preferred Skills**

• I-CAR certification or equivalent training
• Experience working with insurance DRP programs
• Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
