About the role:

We are looking for a genuine leader to step into a Commercial Manager/Director role. The role will include but not be limited to;

Providing strategic direction for the business alongside the management team

Business development

Overseeing a team of Quantity Surveyors

Leading the delivery of multiple ‘large’ commercial projects

Managing risk across estimation and delivery

Staff training and development

High level of financial reporting

About you:

We are looking for a ‘heavy hitting’ Commercial Manager (or similar) who has and established presence in the Auckland market. The ideal candidate will ideally have significant experience in a similar role for a Commercial main contractor in the New Zealand market. For a role at this level you will be expected to have established relationships in the local market and be able to add significant value at senior leadership level and contribute to the future direction of the business.
