Heavy Equipment Operators Required – Civil & Infrastructure Projects

We are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team on a range of long-term civil and infrastructure projects. If you’re confident on the controls, can operate efficiently, safety-focused, and committed to producing quality work, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating a range of heavy machinery such as:

Excavators (1.5T–20T), Loaders, Rollers, Graders, Bulldozers, Dump trucks

Strong knowledge of Civil tasks including:

trenching, pipe laying, bulk earthworks, cut-to-fill, site preparation
Confident in loading trucks safely and efficiently
Ability to follow plans and work unsupervised when required
Solid understanding of Health & Safety and site procedures
Class 1 License & WTR
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Physically fit with a solid work ethic
Preferred but Not Essential:
Current Class 2–4 licence
* GPS machine control experience
